The Official Charity of MLB
Since Major League Baseball named Boys & Girls Clubs of America its official charity in 1997, MLB has provided thousands of Club kids with unforgettable experiences. That proud tradition continues at this year's World Series, where Club members will deliver the ball to the mound prior to each game of the 2015 World Series!
Our new National Youth of the Year Whitney Stewart will be on hand as the Kansas City Royals host the New York Mets in Game One of the Series on, Oct. 27, starting at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
Be sure to look for the BGCA logo behind home plate during every game of this year's Fall Classic.
Providing that visibility for BGCA is just one more way MLB shows its incredible support for kids and Clubs.
Did You Know?
MLB and BGCA's relationship has given countless children the chance to realize their dreams both on and off the field. Each year, BGCA is fortunate to have nationwide exposure through an MLB-produced public service campaign featuring players and Club youth that is televised nationally and locally.
